With this coffee table, I aimed to establish a contrast and harmony between organic and geometric design. With this in mind, I opted for a seemingly simple base for the furniture but with a striking detail.

The detail is crafted from a self-designed, flexible sheet material that can be shaped by hand due to the pattern embedded in the material. From this sheet material, I fashioned the fourth leg that ascends the table as an organic form and takes ownership of the sleek coffee table. This fourth leg alludes to the origin of my furniture, hence the name "Origin Table."
